Young UNIFEM Australia- Canberra Committee Film Fundraiser
Wed Aug 4Young UNIFEM Australia Canberra Committee (YUA Canberra) has recently been established with the vision of educating, engaging and empowering young leaders to contribute to meaningful change in women’s rights and gender equality.
As part of its role, YUA Canberra will be raising funds for important UNIFEM projects in developing countries that foster women’s empowerment and gender equality. Please help us raise funds by joining us for drinks and canapés and a screening of Enough is Enough: Women Working for Peace, Justice and Security.
On the night you can also find out how to get involved and listen to an inspiring speaker with a distinguished career in gender and development.
When: Wednesday, 4th August
The evening will begin at 6pm with wine, canapés and a guest presentation.
The film will be screened at 7:15pm.
